We strictly implement quality control methods such as first product inspection, operator self-inspection, inspection, finished product inspection and shipment inspection. There are many items we execute 100% full-size inspection. Material chemical composition and mechanical properties can be tested on-site, and product lot numbers are traceable. By exposing production process defects on a daily basis, we assist production to achieve continuous improvement and reduce the rate of nonconforming products.
